Blueprint's Working with Whistleblowers Initiative

Blueprint has launched its Working with Whistleblowers Initiative. We are developing the first international guidelines for journalists working with whistleblowers in the digital age.

Internationally acclaimed investigative journalist James Risen launched the consultation in Italy at a special invitational roundtable of leading investigative journalists. Blueprint is surveying journalists around the world about the draft guidelines, and their experience working with whistleblowers as part of the project. Our project partners include the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, the International Center for Journalists and the World Editors Forum. Read more about this initiative in a piece by Julie Posetti, who leads the project for Blueprint, here.
